Noelle London is the Founder and CEO of Illoominus, a turnkey people insights platform that integrates and gives context to HR data, helping leaders unlock the full value of their HR tech stack. Based in Atlanta, GA, she lives with her husband Daniel and their dog Jefe, “the best boss.”
Noelle’s entrepreneurial spirit started early with a jewelry business at 15 and grew through her Peace Corps experience in Nicaragua, supporting female founders. For over a decade, she’s worked with early- and growth-stage startups—bridging connections to capital, customers, and talent. She led the Atlanta Mayor’s Office’s startup strategy, launched 1776’s Crystal City office, and later helped startups scale with Accenture’s global network.
